    Please note: Upon arrival, guests must register in the McCartney Property Management office to register before proceeding to the unit. The office is located in the Aspen Airport Business Center in Building 421, Suite G, directly across Highway 82 from the airport terminal.
    Summer office hours: Monday-Friday 9 AM – 5 PM.
    Winter office hours: Monday-Saturday 8 AM – 6 PM. Sunday 9 AM – 5 PM.
    If a late/after-hours arrival is necessary, please check the arrival box located at the McCartney Property Management office in Building 421 Suite G, Aspen Airport Business Center. You will find an arrival packet downstairs outside of the office door that will include a highlighted map to the property you have reserved, along with keys and a registration form. If you experience difficulties checking in after hours, you may call the office number (a phone is available at the late arrival box) at 925-8717. Please complete the registration form and drop it in the box outside of the office door before proceeding to your unit.
    Please note that if you schedule your arrival before the check-in time (4 PM) or your departure after the checkout time (10 AM), you will need to make arrangements to pre-check or store your luggage. Facilities to store luggage are not available at the property.

    Housekeeping scheduled services are as follows:
    Stays of 5-7 days: 1 midweek cleaning.
    Stays of 8-12 days: 2 midweek cleanings.
    The property offers daily housekeeping at an additional charge. 24-hour advance notice is required to schedule additional service.

    Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival date will be charged a $10 processing fee. Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to arrival will be charged the full amount in room and tax.
    Please do not ask to have an exception made to these times, since they allow the housekeeping staff to professionally clean the unit.
    Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges.
    All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.

    Check-in time is 4 PM.
    Check-out time is 10 AM.
