Olives Aspen - Gleaming hardwood floors and softly lit green and pale-yellow walls accent this restaurant, a local favorite that features Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Two popular spots here are the exhibition kitchen and outdoor fire pit, where diners roast their own s'mores for dessert.

Whiskey Rocks - Based on Whiskey Blue, nightlife impresario Rande Gerber's bar at the W Hotel in Midtown Manhattan, this darkly lit lounge is a local favorite and features blues music and mellow rock and roll. This place, which draws a lively après-ski crowd during the winter, is just off the hotel lobby, with a separate entrance on Mill St.

Lobby Lounge - This popular, casual gathering spot at the hotel's entrance features original artwork on the walls, four seats at the bar, tables, chairs, clutches of distressed-leather sofas and chairs on either side of the floor-to-ceiling granite fireplace, and views of Aspen Mountain. The bar offers a light menu, cocktails, aperitifs, wines, and a selection of domestic and imported beers.
